Our Strategic Plan

In 2023, Cullman City Schools established six Pillars of Commitment to guide our Strategic Plan for the Future. These pillars serve as the foundation for decisions about the future of our school system, including our extensive capital improvement plan, which reflects our commitment to strengthening and advancing each of these areas.
