Clever in Cullman City Schools
Cullman City Schools uses Clever to connect students and teachers to apps and resources used in our school system. Clever gives everyone in the district secure single sign-on. Clever also automates the secure transfer of student rosters. This enables updated roster information in many learning programs. The primary and early elementary students use Clever badges to easily access the Clever dashboard. Upper Elementary, Middle School and High School use their Google Credentials to access the Clever dashboard. To easily access Clever, use the link in your CCS Bookmarks or click on the Clever "C" just to the right of your address bar in the Chrome browser.
What is Clever?
Clever is an all-in-one digital learning platform that simplifies access to educational technology by providing students, teachers, and administrators with a single, secure sign-on for all their digital tools and resources.

- Badges for Young Learners: Easy, physical QR-code logins for early elementary students to log in quickly without typing passwords.
- Centralized Student Portal: A personalized dashboard where students find all their assigned learning tools, teacher announcements, and resources in one place.
- Classroom Management Tools: Dedicated teacher pages to easily organize digital resources, launch apps for the whole class, and monitor digital engagement.
- Secure Data Rostering: Automated, real-time syncing with our school information system to keep class rosters and app accounts up to date.
- Family Portal: Direct access for parents and guardians to view their children's learning applications and stay connected with classroom activities.
- Multi-Layered Security: Enterprise-grade security standards and privacy protections that keep student and staff data safe.
