CCPS Out of District Pre-Registration Begins Friday, May 8th, 2026.

Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on May 8th, 2026  a link to the CCPS Out-of-District Pre-Registration Form will be available in a post below.  

This pre-registration process is the preliminary step in applying for Out-of-District enrollment in CCPS. The online form does not guarantee placement in CCS. It is used for pre-registration and allows us to create a timestamped list for our available Out-of-District slots and notify those who will need to complete the full registration process. 

If you are interested in out-of-district enrollment at any time outside of this pre-registration window, you must reach out to the school registrar/principal for information about out-of-district availability. 

The following documents will be needed if you are notified for final CCPS registration:

1. Original Birth Certificate (preferred but not required).
   • A copy will be made and the original returned to you.
   • Alabama residents may obtain copies at the Cullman County Health Department.
2. Original Social Security Card (preferred but not required).
   • A copy will be made and the original returned to you.
3. Current Alabama Immunization Record (blue card).
   • State Dept. requires schools to have the original on file.
4. Two Proofs of Residency (for in-district registration);
   • Two (2) documents must be presented as proof of legal residence:
     • current Home Ownership Title or a Lease/Rent Agreement (for 9 months); and
     • utility bill (electric bill, water bill, etc.…).
5. Parent/Legal Guardian Driver License (preferred but not required).
6. Any custody documents (if applicable).
