WELCOME TO WEST ELEMENTARY

  • Mission, Vision, and Goals

The Mission of West Elementary School is to provide a superior educational experience where students succeed academically, physically, and socially while developing an appreciation for the arts, a responsibility for our community, and respect for our country.

Vision Statement:  Every student a learner, Every student prepared

The West Elementary School Community has established that we are experiencing success together when we are:
    Increasing Academic Proficiency
    Developing Social Competency
    Promoting Healthy Lifestyles
    Practicing Good Citizenship
Fostering an Appreciation of the Fine Arts
Building Relationships Between School, Home, and Community
    Providing a Positive Learning Environment

These purposes will serve as the focus for planning and assessing school performance. Accomplishment of these purposes will guide allocations of time and resources.
