CCPS Out of District Pre-Registration Begins Friday, May 8th, 2026.
Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on May 8th, 2026 a link to the CCPS Out-of-District Pre-Registration Form will be available in a post below.
This pre-registration process is the preliminary step in applying for Out-of-District enrollment in CCPS. The online form does not guarantee placement in CCS. It is used for pre-registration and allows us to create a timestamped list for our available Out-of-District slots and notify those who will need to complete the full registration process.
If you are interested in out-of-district enrollment at any time outside of this pre-registration window, you must reach out to the school registrar/principal for information about out-of-district availability.

On Friday, May 8th at 12:01 a.m., a new post will appear beside this post containing a link to the 2026 - 2027 CCPS Out-of District Pre-Registration Form
The following documents will be needed if you are notified for final CCPS registration:
1. Original Birth Certificate (preferred but not required).
A copy will be made and the original returned to you.
Alabama residents may obtain copies at the Cullman County Health Department.
2. Original Social Security Card (preferred but not required).
A copy will be made and the original returned to you.
3. Current Alabama Immunization Record (blue card).
State Dept. requires schools to have the original on file.
4. Two Proofs of Residency (for in-district registration);
Two (2) documents must be presented as proof of legal residence:
a. current Home Ownership Title or a Lease/Rent Agreement
(for 9 months); and
b. utility bill (electric bill, water bill, etc.…).
5. Parent/Legal Guardian Driver License (preferred but not required).
6. Any custody documents (if applicable).
