Hello! My name is Jason Parrish and I am the new 6th grade history teacher at East Elementary! I am extremely excited about this year and being a part of one of the best school systems in the state!! Prior, to coming to East, I taught and coached basketball at Oneonta High School for the two years, Thompson High School for two years, and Thompson Middle School for 1. Prior to my time in public education, I coached collegiate basketball for 9 years at Birmingham-Southern College and the University of Alabama-Huntsville. 

My incredible wife, Heather (an East Elementary alum) and I have lived in Cullman for the past two years with our 3 amazing daughters who already attend CCS. Bella is in 6th grade, Livvy is in 2nd grade, and Audrey is in kindergarten.
