I have been teaching since 2005, and this is my third year to teach at East Elementary School, where I was a student myself many years ago.
I am married to Brett Dean and we have two precious boys, Graham (8) and Davis (3). I love traveling, running, and being outdoors with my family.

In our cactus-themed classroom, our class motto is "We ROOT for each other" because I believe we all do our best when we feel supported and encouraged by others. When we're all on the same team, everyone can succeed and reach his or her full potential.
This year I can't wait to have you in 4th grade science where we will be learning all about human body systems, energy, plants and animals, and more!
