Greetings! My name is Lindsey Howard, and I am thrilled to serve as a reading coach here at East Elementary! It is a special place filled with astonishing educators who love and support our students. 

This is my 13th year in education, during which I have taught both 2nd grade and 4th grade, and have served as a reading coach. I received my undergraduate degree from Auburn University, my Masters and Education Specialist degrees from the University of West Alabama. I also have an Instructional Leadership degree and National Board Certification in Literacy. I love to learn and hope to instill this in others!

I am married to a wonderful husband of 13 years, and we have 3 amazing children.
