My name is Nicolle Key Smith, and this is my 14th year in education. I could not be more excited to begin a new adventure in Cullman with my family! 

I earned my B.S. in Elementary Education, a M.A. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.S. in Teacher Leadership. I am also a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Early and Middle Childhood Literacy. I love learning and hope to inspire a life-long desire to learn in my students as well! My husband, Doran, and I graduated from Cullman High School in 2007, so we are officially back “home”. I have three children, and we are excited to build a new home with them here. As a family, we love cooking, movies, playing board games, and traveling.
