I teach science and social studies for 5th grade Pod A.  I have been teaching for the past 20 years.  I have a Masters in Elementary Education degree from the University of North Alabama.  My husband, Paul, is from Tennessee and also graduated from UNA and played basketball there.  We have two children, Peyton and Kailyn.  Peyton is a senior at CHS and Kailyn is a freshman at CHS.  We have a golden doodle, Scout, and a maltipoo, Samson.  I love going to Crossfit, running, reading, spending time with my kids, and being a part of Desperation Church.
